The Entrance: A Tactile Prelude

The journey begins at the grand foyer, where a heavy wooden door with intricate gold inlay is framed by a remarkable 3D sculptural wall. This feature wall, composed of stone-finish tiles with fan-like relief patterns and organic, triangular wooden niches, sets a tone of tactile luxury that carries throughout the home.

The Living Pavilions: A Study in Scale

The main living areas are designed as expansive, airy pavilions that blur the line between interior comfort and the outdoors:

The Garden Lounge: Large sliding glass doors open directly onto a manicured green lawn. This transition is anchored by oversized planters and sleek grey stone steps that lead into a lounge defined by neutral tones and a tiered, circular chandelier.

Geometric Ceilings: The living spaces are unified by complex, multi-layered false ceilings. In one lounge, recessed LED strips create a sharp, interlocking pattern punctuated by black 3D diamond accents, while another features a dramatic "X" pattern of light that reflects perfectly on the polished marble floors.

The Stained Glass Feature: Perhaps the most striking architectural moment is the vertical stained-glass window. This soaring mosaic of vibrant oranges, yellows, and blues acts as a living piece of art, casting colored light into a space characterized by dark wood-slatted ceiling panels.

The Stairwell Observatory: The marble staircase is flooded with natural light from a perfectly positioned window that frames the treetops outside. Above, a series of converging light channels on the ceiling draws the eye toward a crystalline pendant light.

The Master Retreats: The bedrooms serve as masterclasses in integrated joinery. One suite features a floating bed frame grounded by a dark wood headboard and a ceiling of geometric light grids, while another utilizes a massive landscape window with a built-in window seat to turn the city view into a living mural.
