The Exterior: The Angular Statement

The story begins with the façade a striking example of cantilevered modernism. The structure is defined by its sharp, jutting volumes and deep overhangs that create natural shading. The palette is a crisp white and charcoal grey, unexpectedly punctuated by a "frame" of mustard yellow—a color motif that subtly hints at the warmth found inside. The glass railings vanish into the sky, giving the heavy concrete forms a sense of lightness.

The Arrival: Texture and Rhythm

Stepping into the foyer the design language shifts from structural to tactile. The double-height entry wall is a masterpiece of 3D stone cladding. Tiles featuring fan-like relief patterns create a rhythmic texture, interrupted playfully by triangular wooden niches that double as mirrors or display shelves. This wall acts as the spine of the house, grounding the airy volume with solid craftsmanship.

The Living Zones: A Ceiling Symphony

As you move into the living areas, the ceiling design takes center stage. The home rejects flat white planes in favor of sculptural lighting:

The Formal Living Room : Here, the ceiling features a "crisscross" of recessed warm LED strips that mimic laser beams cutting through the space. This sharp geometry contrasts with the soft, grey leather sofas and the organic curve of the TV feature wall arch.

The Stained Glass Connection : A vertical panel of mosaic stained glass—in fiery oranges and cool blues—acts as a luminous art installation. It casts colored shadows across the room, connecting the warm wood-slatted partitions with the cool marble flooring.

The Vertical Core: The Honeycomb & The Spiral

The stairwell is the home's dramatic pivot point. Looking up, the ceiling transforms into a golden honeycomb, with hexagonal recesses glowing with warm light. Suspended from this is a show-stopping concentric ring chandelier that cascades down the void like a shimmering water droplet, guiding the eye down the glass-railed staircase.

The Private Quarters: Themed Sanctuaries

The bedrooms are designed as individual "mood zones," each with a distinct architectural identity:

The Mood Room : In start contrast, this room embraces darkness. A textured charcoal feature wall meets a unique "L-shaped" dropped ceiling panel with perimeter lighting, creating a masculine, boutique-hotel atmosphere.

The Graphic Room : Here, the joinery becomes the architecture. The floor-to-ceiling wardrobe features bold horizontal color-blocking in mustard, grey
