Sanjay completed his graduation in the field of Architecture, from University Visveshwaraiah College of Engineering, Bangalore in 1994. After initially working with Thomas Associates,  he along with his friend Adil Ahmed, set out to establish their own company in1995.

Along with practicing architecture, Sanjay Kakde explored his natural inclination in business management, which eventually became the core strength for the establishment of the firm.

With a deep sense in business and financial matters, he ventured into real estate and investments. This further accelerated the growth of the company. His  creative approach in providing innovative management solutions goes a long way in making architecture a successful business.
